- Led concept development, with a distributed team, of a pioneering medical records online access system.

- Conceptual design and project management for a medical publisher's website, including search, personalization and transaction functions.

- Helped create Lotus Notes-based global corporate communications and information system.

Joint National Intelligence Development Staff (JNIDS)
- Designed analyst workstation for shipboard intelligence officers that Booz, Allen, Hamilton later estimated saved the Navy $43 million in training costs.
